Dear Zara and Xander,
I hope this letter finds you well. My name is Kael, and I am writing to extend an invitation for you to join me in an exciting new venture. As you may know, I am an inventor and engineer, and I have been working on a project to build a new city, called Kaeltopia, on the outskirts of Neo-Arcos.
As you may recall, during the alien invasion 10 years ago, I used my skills and resources to help protect our city and our people. Since then, I have been working tirelessly to develop new technologies and innovations that would improve the lives of the people of Noxus.
I believe that Kaeltopia will be the realization of this vision. It will be a city built on advanced technology and sustainable infrastructure, where the citizens will have access to clean and safe drinking water, and energy sources that harness the power of the sun, wind, and other natural resources.
